Strength Collective is a functional, full-body, low-impact class. Each session is designed to improve mobility, stability, and overall strength. There will be a combination of dumbbell, kettlebell, banded and body weight exercises. The Collective for all experience levels, created to make you feel empowered every step of the way.

This session brings the glutes to center stage, using banded resistance exercises and strength-based movements that target all angles of glute development. You’ll work through five primary movement patterns—hinge, squat, lateral, rotation, and single-leg stability—to build well-rounded strength, prevent injury, enhance overall performance guaranteeing you the LOOK and the feel.
