Following the birth of her first daughter in 2015, Chloe discovered the transformative power of fitness, using strength training as a way to reclaim her body, and enhance her overall well-being. What started as a personal journey to regain strength and energy turned into a passion to help other women do the same.
Over the years, Chloe has had the privilege of working with a wide variety of women, including those navigating pregnancy, postpartum recovery, chronic pain, and life transitions.
